What you will do

• Execute multichannel sourcing strategies using ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub, social media, and specialized networks.
• Build pipelines for Cloud Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Scientists supporting Defense and Intelligence Community missions.
• Conduct technical screening across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Spark, Hadoop, and big data architectures.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach and screening through interviews, offers, salary negotiation, and onboarding in SuccessFactors.
• Partner with engineering leaders and technical staff to understand modern software stacks and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, use recruiting metrics to improve pipeline efficiency, and represent hirify.global at career fairs and industry events.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a master's degree, or 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical recruiting experience in the Federal, Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community sectors.
• Experience recruiting candidates eligible for or holding U.S. government security clearances, from Secret through TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience sourcing highly technical candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and social networks.
• Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Google tools, technical communication, negotiation, and detailed record-keeping.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuccessFactors or MyHR.
• Experience sourcing in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, or Idaho.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Google Gemini or ChatGPT for sourcing and outreach.
• Recruitment metrics, pipeline analytics, and data literacy experience.
