What you will do

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for an engineering vertical, aligning teams on a common vision.
• Design and implement AI solutions, agentic workflows, and agent platforms.
• Drive operational excellence, security, and quality standards across the organization.
• Develop high-quality code for complex paradigms to be utilized by engineers of all levels.
• Mentor and coach other engineers to support their professional development and career progression.
• Provide software support as part of an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions, agentic workflows, and agent platforms.
• Expertise in designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available systems in regulated industries.
• Proven track record of influencing technical decisions across engineering verticals of 50+ people.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Deep understanding of complex data structures, algorithms, and architectural design patterns.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Atlanta
