Software Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in London, UK. Relocation to London is available.

What you will do

• Build tools that capture user intent from coding-agent session transcripts.
• Distill intent into structured requirements and ground those requirements in the codebase.
• Enforce requirements as the codebase changes.
• Help organize prompt intent into reusable logical modules that humans and coding agents can navigate.
• Support agent context injection, requirement conflict resolution, and requirement-level code review.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering production software.
• Solid understanding of computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
• Curiosity, self-direction, and a passion for improving programming.
• Active use of AI-powered coding tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Willingness to work on-site in London, UK or relocate to London.

• Recent interesting code to show.
