Sr. Technical Account Manager (Identity & Access Management)

Salary: $155,000 — $194,000 CAD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for large enterprise organizations, aligning identity strategies with business objectives.
• Design and implement sophisticated identity solutions across IAM, IGA, PAM, and ITDR domains.
• Proactively identify technical risks and orchestrate mitigation plans to ensure customer success and security.
• Manage and resolve complex technical escalations independently or in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
• Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional engineering and support teams to influence product direction.
• Mentor peers and create repeatable assets to enhance the overall TAM team capability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience (or 6+ years with a Master's degree).
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant.
• 3+ years of specialization in Identity and Access Management (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management).
• Proficiency with identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with SaaS deployments (Salesforce, Office 365, Workday) and hybrid IT environments.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Toronto office.
