Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Compensation: CA$115,000–CA$150,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the ongoing technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and technical maturity throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with client product and engineering teams to instrument hirify.global across their technical stack.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and recommend solutions based on unique customer needs and architectures.
  • Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and project plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable feedback for the internal product team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience in TAM, Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture.
  • 3+ years of technical experience managing complex environments with SaaS, Mobile, or API technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office.
