Compensation: CA$115,000–CA$150,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the ongoing technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Drive product adoption, retention, and technical maturity throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with client product and engineering teams to instrument across their technical stack.
- Conduct discovery sessions and recommend solutions based on unique customer needs and architectures.
- Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and project plans to ensure successful implementation.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable feedback for the internal product team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of client-facing experience in TAM, Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture.
- 3+ years of technical experience managing complex environments with SaaS, Mobile, or API technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office.
