TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (Federal/IAM): Serving as a trusted technical advisor for strategic federal customers to drive adoption and optimize 's Workforce and Customer Identity solutions with an accent on compliance with government standards and FedRAMP. Focus on designing identity strategies, resolving complex technical challenges, and increasing subscription adoption.
Location: Must be based within 50 miles of the Washington, DC office and work in the Eastern time zone.
Salary: $100,000 — $125,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic federal customers.
- Guide the implementation and optimization of Workforce and Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions.
- Design identity strategies aligned with business objectives and government standards.
- Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to execute strategic success plans.
- Coordinate with engineering and support to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Deliver workshops and enablement sessions to drive product adoption.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required for access to protected federal data.
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Washington, DC office.
- 2+ years experience with Public Sector (Federal) customers in a SaaS environment.
- 2+ years experience in IAM (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management).
- 4+ years total experience in IT, cloud platforms, or the software industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
