What you will do

• Manage the full scope of customer engagements, including scoping, client communication, and overall service delivery.
• Partner with sales to own the services portion of deals, including presentations, RFP responses, and SOW generation.
• Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and provide strategic updates to senior management.
• Oversee project financials with a focus on profitability and productivity to ensure long-term client success.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of professionals, managing utilization, performance reviews, and career development.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction throughout implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of professional experience at a Software, SaaS, or consulting company.
• 3-5+ years of project management and 2-5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience in project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management.
• Extensive experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
