Salary: $120,800 - $135,900 USD / $163,238 - $183,643 CAD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact and execution leader for international country teams.
• Translate product evolutions and roadmap changes into actionable implementation guidance for partners.
• Triage and resolve the majority of partner operational issues independently to reduce leadership escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Marketing to unblock dependencies.
• Support onboarding, pilot design, and stabilization for new international country partnerships.
• Drive programmatic excellence through global convenings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in international education, partnerships, consulting, or cross-functional program leadership.
• Strong understanding of how international educational systems operate.
• Proven track record of driving execution in ambiguous environments without formal authority.
• Must be based in the Continental US, Hawaii, or Canada.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven cross-cultural competency.

• Experience working with government partners or managing large-scale edtech implementations.
