Salary: $120,800 - $135,900 USD / $163,238 - $183,643 CAD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact and execution leader for international country teams.
- Translate product evolutions and roadmap changes into actionable implementation guidance for partners.
- Triage and resolve the majority of partner operational issues independently to reduce leadership escalation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Marketing to unblock dependencies.
- Support onboarding, pilot design, and stabilization for new international country partnerships.
- Drive programmatic excellence through global convenings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in international education, partnerships, consulting, or cross-functional program leadership.
- Strong understanding of how international educational systems operate.
- Proven track record of driving execution in ambiguous environments without formal authority.
- Must be based in the Continental US, Hawaii, or Canada.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Exceptional communication skills and proven cross-cultural competency.
