Salary: $103,000 — $140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop delivery capabilities across the assigned partner portfolio and guide them through the maturity model.
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions to ensure they meet hirify.global delivery standards.
• Identify specialization gaps and recommend enablement paths for partners pursuing product specializations.
• Act as a delivery advisor for sales teams to identify the most suitable partners based on capability and complexity.
• Track ecosystem capability trends and provide recommendations for partner recruitment and enablement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Alliances, and Sales to scale partner-led delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success.
• Proven experience working with system integrators or service delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS deployment models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Toronto, Canada

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of load balancers, reverse proxies, and Web Access Management tech (e.g., F5, NGINX).
• Experience with AI GPTs and open-source tools.
