TL;DR
Partner Enablement Manager (SaaS/GovTech): Developing and implementing a professional services partner enablement strategy to train and certify delivery partners with an accent on content curation and certification frameworks. Focus on accelerating partner ramp time, establishing performance KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate product capabilities into actionable sales plays.
Location: 100% onsite in Atlanta or Chicago (preference for Chicago)
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Develop and implement 30-60-90 day onboarding and certification frameworks to keep partners updated on product roadmaps.
- Curate and maintain a repository of partner-ready content, including technical documentation and case studies.
- Deliver training via webinars, workshops, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to accelerate partner ramp time.
- Establish KPIs and analyze certification rates to identify bottlenecks and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to create actionable partner sales plays and implementation guidance.
- Guide partners on integration and onboarding to reduce friction and improve selling ability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA.
- 4-7+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or professional services enablement in a SaaS/tech environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training sessions and workshops for external audiences.
- Experience managing LMS (Learning Management Systems) and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platforms.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.
