Salary: $99,000 – $189,800 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Project manage the new product launch process for customers from point of sale through onboarding and adoption.
  • Create and evolve comprehensive enablement programs, guides, and training materials for MSPs and CSPs.
  • Lead go-to-market planning efforts specifically for the SmartMDU solution.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop multi-dimensional solutions and use cases.
  • Gather and propagate product feedback to drive continuous enhancement and improved user experience.
  • Author best practice articles and collaborate with Marketing to create customer case studies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in solution/product management, marketing, or customer success.
  • 1-3+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience.
  • Experience in the MDU market and with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is required.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Strong written communication and public speaking/presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license for travel (estimated less than 25%).

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, Telecommunications, or the commercial Wi-Fi industry.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2B2C marketing.
  • Previous experience in developing enablement content and delivering training.
  • Project management experience.
