What you will do

  • Develop roadmaps and strategic success plans to accelerate customer adoption and align with their goals.
  • Manage a book of business to mitigate churn risks and identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executive decision-makers and map organizational hierarchies.
  • Conduct industry research and leverage insights to provide thought leadership and drive customer innovation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Engineering teams to solve customer problems.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge through certifications and staying current with the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience navigating enterprise environments and building trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Proven success in driving product adoption and expansion by understanding desired outcomes.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 15-20% onsite to customers and attend the office as required.
  • Capability to manage multiple customers and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset and ability to align with corporate core values.
