TL;DR
Key Account Manager (SaaS): Driving market share expansion and ARR growth in the ANZ Commercial market with an accent on selling the Whole Product Experience (WPE) to enterprise accounts. Focus on building C-level relationships, executing complex enterprise sales campaigns, and collaborating with Apple and channel partners.
Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia). Must be based in Australia and have sponsorship to live and work in Australia.

What you will do
- Expand market share in the ANZ Commercial market for enterprise accounts with over 1,000 employees.
- Drive growth of recurring revenue (ARR) by retaining and growing new and existing customers.
- Develop strategic relationships with Director and C-level stakeholders to increase brand mindshare.
- Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns involving diverse stakeholders, partners, and Apple team members.
- Prescribe short-term and long-term solutions using the Whole Product Experience (WPE) to achieve client goals.
- Collaborate closely with the partner and channel ecosystem to nurture and fulfill new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the software industry.
- Must be based in Australia with valid work authorization/sponsorship.
- Business proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Proven experience in both direct and indirect sales models.
- Ability to coordinate multifunctional internal teams to achieve target quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across Australia and New Zealand.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3–5 years of experience selling to ASX 100 accounts with demonstrated achievement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar client management software.
