What you will do
- Onboard multi-location clients, conduct training, and ensure full connection to services.
- Manage customer portfolio to maximize product usage and minimize retention risk.
- Build deep relationships to understand needs and provide value-based solutions.
- Oversee onboarding cohorts to meet key metrics within timeframes.
- Collaborate with Sales for portfolio transparency.
- Act as product expert to drive customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years CX/CS experience managing portfolios and focusing on retention
- Deep understanding of marketing technology industry
- Account management with at-risk identification, product adoption, and client activation
- Thrive in changing environments
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Excellent consultative problem-solving
