What you will do
- Act as the technical voice of the customer, prioritising their needs with Product and Engineering teams.
- Own technical relationships for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and risks in customer journeys.
- Translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and technical health metrics for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technical integrations and troubleshooting SaaS platform issues.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Data-driven analytical mindset for identifying trends and measuring account health.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
