What you will do

• Own and nurture a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships and acting as trusted advisor.
• Drive marketing excellence by optimizing advertising strategies, scaling budgets, and resolving performance issues.
• Serve as product expert on Smartly Media and Creative platforms, solving customer pain points innovatively.
• Develop expertise in specific industries like e-commerce or travel, tailoring strategies for results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to share insights and improve offerings.
• Partner with Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok for optimal customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar, ideally in digital advertising
• Strong knowledge of social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok) and paid social strategies
• Empathetic, results-driven mindset with excellent English communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and build rapport at all levels
• Self-motivated collaborator comfortable with hybrid office work and occasional travel
