Salary: $209,770 – $314,300 per annum

What you will do

• Lead frontend design teams to track, review, and facilitate alignment across sub-projects.
• Coordinate and align detailed tasks across disciplines including Architecture, FE, DV, VAL, FW, PKG, and Operations.
• Oversee flagship company initiatives from single to multiple SoC development programs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products meeting specifications for major hyperscalers and telecom organizations.
• Participate in problem-solving and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience, Master's with 15+ years, or PhD with 12+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong SoC design background from definition to tapeout.
• Proven program management expertise to oversee large-scale SoC development programs.
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills with a bias for thoughtful action.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (EAR) as defined under applicable law.
