What you will do

• Design, maintain, and support hands-on technical lab environments to reinforce practical application.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for new product launches, translating features into digestible content.
• Develop step-by-step documentation, tutorials, and training materials for technical audiences.
• Analyze student surveys and performance data to identify and build new training opportunities.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Enablement, Partner, and Product teams to ensure ecosystem mastery.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with Identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML, and IAM best practices.
• Ability to read and understand code, specifically within JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional written English proficiency with a clear and empathetic technical style.
• Experience using AI tools to assist in research and content optimization.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global and Auth0 product offerings.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) and LDAP.
• Software development experience in Java, Ruby, .Net, or PHP.
• Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of API management platforms like Mulesoft, Axway, or Apigee.
