What you will do

• Drive end-to-end program management for Business Applications and IT Infrastructure portfolios from discovery to operationalization.
• Lead architecture-heavy integration programs spanning CRM, identity, telephony, automation, and data systems.
• Manage technical vendor relationships, including RFP processes, pilots, and build-vs-buy recommendations.
• Oversee identity and security initiatives including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and zero trust rollouts.
• Deploy enterprise AI platforms, focusing on LLM-based agents, governance models, and security controls.
• Coordinate data and workflow infrastructure initiatives such as ETL/reverse ETL and system migrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management within infrastructure, platform, or enterprise systems.
• Strong technical fluency with AWS, IAM, Terraform, and authentication patterns (SSO, SCIM, RBAC).
• Experience with complex tooling stacks, APIs, ETL/reverse ETL, and source-of-truth modeling.
• Proven expertise in vendor management, including evaluations and contract coordination.
• Practical fluency in modern enterprise AI concepts, including LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience collaborating with platform engineering, SRE, or security infrastructure teams.
