What you will do
- Optimize the end-to-end pilot lifecycle to increase sales velocity and win rates for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Oversee high-performing cross-functional teams, including the management of other people leaders and individual contributors.
- Execute an AI implementation roadmap to automate data analysis, reporting, and hardware provisioning.
- Design and own the "Customer Journey" for the pilot phase in collaboration with Product and UX teams.
- Analyze program KPIs to correlate the Pilot Program's impact with ARR and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Act as the senior escalation point for high-stakes pilot engagements and critical customer issues.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Technical Solution Selling, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, including a proven track record of managing other people leaders.
- Experience leveraging AI or automation technologies to drive operational efficiencies in a revenue support environment.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise B2B sales cycles and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or CHAMP).
- Strong analytical acumen and the ability to communicate business impact to executive stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
