Renewals Representative (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end subscription renewal lifecycle for a leading API platform with an accent on revenue retention and pipeline forecasting. Focus on analyzing customer data to develop uplift strategies and partnering with Sales/Customer Success to mitigate churn.
Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas (5 days a week)

What you will do
- Execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers, generating quotes, and closing opportunities.
- Achieve revenue and retention targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage the renewals pipeline with a focus on forecast accuracy.
- Analyze customer renewal data to determine retention and uplift strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities.
- Monitor at-risk renewals and develop strategic action plans to win back customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renewals within rapid-growth SaaS companies, value-added resellers, or software distributors.
- Proven ability to sell and a detailed understanding of the renewal lifecycle.
- High confidence in managing customer quotes, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Ability to use data to understand customer adoption and identify risk.
- Experience with SaaS subscription revenue models and sales processes at product-led growth companies.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas to work in the office 5 days a week.
