What you will do
- Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain precise renewal forecasts in collaboration with Sales teams to identify risks early.
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Partner with the Customer Success organization to achieve high product adoption and utilization.
- Work with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to resolve complex approval issues and finalize order forms.
- Engage customers regarding renewal readiness, timing, and general needs for multi-year contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success.
- Experience leading customer retention and adoption for both On-Prem and SaaS enterprise software.
- Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes.
- Must have the ability to work without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
