Salary: $7,000–$8,500 per month

What you will do

• Build and maintain authentic relationships with influencers and creators, focusing on Latinx and Spanish-speaking talent.
• Lead influencer strategy across campaigns, including profiling, creator selection, and engagement approaches for tech and telecom.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, including content production, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead event and activation planning, managing creator participation and on-site execution.
• Ensure all activity is compliant with FTC guidelines and manage creator contracts and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Strategy, Creative) to develop insight-driven campaign ideas.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to work hybrid (2 days/week) from Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, or Miami
• 3–5 years of agency or influencer marketing experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience working with Latinx creators, communities, or culturally relevant campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
