Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns, webinars, and in-person events to drive participation, leads, and ROI across Americas.
• Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, speakers, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and global marketing teams to create event collateral like brochures and signage.
• Tailor content and messaging for local markets and diverse audiences.
• Execute digital campaigns via email marketing and social media, including content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Track performance metrics on leads, engagement, and KPIs; create marketing assets like case studies and videos.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years in marketing with focus on digital marketing and event management
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus
• Strong project management in fast-paced, cross-functional, remote environments
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM (Eloqua, Salesforce preferred)
• Understanding of email marketing, social media; basic design/video skills a plus
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, self-motivated
