What you will do

• Source, vet, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and more, handling outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and logistics.
• Develop creator briefs, lead communications for content development, and act as gatekeeper for creative vision alignment.
• Review all creator content for ASA/IP compliance, brief alignment, and quality, providing efficient feedback loops.
• Create and maintain posting schedules, monitor live posts for accuracy and sentiment, and flag issues.
• Track campaign performance, manage budgets, timelines, data capture, and contribute to wrap reports.
• Stay attuned to creator economy trends, consuming and sharing social media insights.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in creator/influencer landscape.
• Strong affinity for social media and content creators.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, curious mindset and can-do attitude.
