What you will do

• Develop expertise in Mediaocean solutions, customer environments, and business practices using social media planning and execution knowledge
• Build subject matter expertise to fill customer knowledge gaps and guide use of self-help resources
• Communicate effectively with Platform Solutions team on customer activities
• Handle platform activation, planning, pacing/optimization, and reporting for select clients
• Ensure client KPIs are achieved or exceeded
• Participate in mitigating risks, escalations, onboarding, and training

Requirements

• Prior experience in an agency or related software/applications
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Paid social media planning and activation experience
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with urgency, professionalism, and accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail, planning, and critical thinking skills
