Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year

What you will do

  • Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring resonance with Gen Z audiences.
  • Manage the creator, influencer, and celebrity roster and identify up-and-coming talent.
  • Coordinate IRL brand events and contribute to culturally relevant merchandise strategy.
  • Oversee marketing operations, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage end-to-end invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and budget reconciliation.
  • Synthesize campaign performance data and utilize AI tools for research and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with invoicing systems, PO workflows, and budget tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX
