What you will do

• Develop long-term customer relationships and document buying trends to align with business needs.
• Conduct technical discussions to recommend appropriate product and service solutions to customers.
• Execute 25–35 call activities daily and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Identify and close new business opportunities using LinkedIn, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop regional sales plans and manage assigned budgets ranging from $2 million to $8 million.
• Implement approved pricing strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, or marketing field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of professional sales experience managing accounts and technical products.
• Proven success in prospecting and new business development.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in St. Paul, Minnesota.
