TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SMB, Spanish Bilingual): Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts for a global HR SaaS platform with an accent on adoption, usage, net retention, and churn mitigation. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships, executing account plans, and collaborating with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive customer goals and KPIs.

Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in NYC office 2 days a week (hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 base per year + variable compensation

What you will do

  • Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks including status calls, QBRs, documentation, and planning sessions.
  • Manage portfolio of SMB accounts focusing on adoption, usage, and achieving business goals.
  • Act as trusted advisor and change ambassador, assessing health, mitigating churn, and meeting net retention/CSAT/NPS KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales as customer advocate.
  • Protect revenue, identify opportunities/risks, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Spanish Bilingual (required)
  • SaaS Account Management or CSM experience owning a book of business with net retention targets
  • B2B client-facing role experience
  • Tech-savvy with passion to learn product functionality
  • Strong work ethic, executive project management, and C-suite communication skills
  • Located in New York Metro Area, willing to work hybrid in NYC office 2 days/week

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC, Asana, ChurnZero
  • HR or HRM background
