Salary: $50,000 base + performance-based commissions up to $140,000 total annual compensation

What you will do
- Reach or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales goals through incremental sales, new product introductions, and marketing opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone and email to sell products, address concerns, and expand sales.
- Manage prospect sales cycles from initial contact to close, driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
- Partner with outside sales reps, marketing, trainers, and customer service for channel distribution and account management.
- Analyze sales reports, update CRM (Salesforce), and develop action plans to increase points of sale and share of wallet.
- Handle strategic accounts with annual marketing plans, unit trend analysis, pricing, and negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Business or Speech & Hearing preferred)
- Demonstrated phone sales experience in medical device or hearing industry
- Minimum 2 years B2B selling experience (non-retail); 1-2 years sales with outside sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for phone-based interactions.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and contact management software like Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, build trust, and provide high-quality customer support.
