Risk Data Analyst (Integrated Risk Management)

Risk Data Analyst (Integrated Risk Management): Managing the company's risk profile by identifying financial risks and developing forecasting and risk models with an accent on credit, liquidity, and FX risks. Focus on implementing automated risk management frameworks, constructing econometric models, and analyzing global regulatory standards like Basel and IFRS.

Location: Worldwide (Remote) or Hybrid from hubs. Relocation support is available to Mexico, Cyprus, Spain, or Serbia.

What you will do

• Manage credit, liquidity, FX, and strategic risks as part of the 2nd line of defense.
• Calculate unit economics for credit products to provide strategic decision-making insights.
• Develop, implement, and automate a comprehensive risk management framework within organizational processes.
• Apply best practices from Mexican (CNBV, Banxico) and global (Basel, IFRS) regulatory frameworks.
• Construct econometric models to predict portfolio dynamics and detect unusual behavior.
• Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in risk and data analysis, preferably in credit organizations or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau, Apache Superset, and Excel.
• English: B1 level or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Exceptional quantitative skills and experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
