What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer complex business questions and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies.
• Curate and explore internal and external datasets to unlock new insights for the StreetEasy platform.
• Own company-wide reporting for high-visibility initiatives and present performance trends to leadership.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop agent-facing tools and product features.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to solve ambiguous, cross-functional data challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• 5+ years of experience using data to solve complex business problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Databricks.
• BS degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Python and interest in AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• MS degree in a relevant quantitative field.
• Experience with dbt.
