What you will do

• Manage key performance metrics including fraud losses, false positives, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze fraudulent trends to develop data-driven solutions and monitoring dashboards.
• Build and maintain fraud features, rules, and models to counter evolving threats.
• Execute human-in-the-loop reviews to support automated fraud detection systems.
• Review operational processes and establish feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud investigations, or Trust & Safety.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Strong experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau and programming in Python.
• Advanced English level required.
