What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business performance.
• Develop clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support executive decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity across various sources and processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience with data and exposure to data engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation, including query optimization and indexing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure products and Databricks.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Scala, or R.
• Hands-on experience with the full data lifecycle, from gathering and cleaning to reporting.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques, specifically NLP or text analytics.
• Previous experience working within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
