What you will do

• Analyze data integrity and quality issues across source systems, with a focus on finance data.
• Design, build, and maintain inline data monitoring processes and controls to proactively identify risks.
• Use SQL to extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
• Partner with platform engineering teams to investigate issues and support automated controls.
• Evaluate the impact of system and process changes on data flow and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and translate business needs into data quality solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience in data analysis or quality roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, profiling, and validation.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining data controls, audits, and monitoring processes.
• Experience working on medium to large-scale transformation projects.
• Advanced Excel skills for data reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong data modeling skills and ability to understand complex system relationships.

Nice to have

• T-SQL experience.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to Azure cloud environments.
