What you will do

• Develop strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud across the network to align with risk management goals.
• Leverage advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers and optimize fraud management strategies.
• Report fraud trends and insights to senior management and cross-functional partners.
• Rapidly respond to fraud rings and resolve escalations raised by other teams.
• Collaborate with operations to limit losses and ensure optimal review volumes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and assist with team planning and goal setting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management or a related field with an emphasis on analytics.
• Extensive experience writing and analyzing SQL queries and proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
• Working knowledge of payment processing and industry risk trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, statistics, math, finance, or economics.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Ability to work late starts several days a week to ensure overlap with US-based colleagues.
