Outside Sales Representative - Software

Outside Sales Representative (POS Software): Prospecting, presenting, and closing sales of Genius® POS and payment solutions to small and mid-sized merchants with an accent on restaurant, retail, and service industries. Focus on managing full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing, conducting in-person demos, and upselling additional services.

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, USA. Must reside within the area of the job posting. Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.

Base Salary: $40,000. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+.

What you will do

• Sell Genius® POS and hirify.global solutions to small and mid-sized merchants.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations and live demos on payment processing, inventory, and customer engagement.
• Partner with District Manager to set appointments, identify opportunities, and close deals.
• Maintain client records and pipeline in Atlas and Salesforce CRM.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients and stay updated on POS/fintech trends.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75%.
• Must reside within the area of the job posting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

• Strong organizational skills for managing fast-paced pipeline.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience.
• Experience in restaurant and/or retail environments.
