What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 professionals across multiple service lines, focusing on engagement, development, and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, high-performing team culture and ensure clear communication of initiatives.
• Drive consistency in processes, workload distribution, and work-life balance across the Northeast region.
• Review project performance, provide timely feedback to managers, and implement strategic initiatives for personnel and business growth.
• Build and maintain client relationships through sales, project management, and delivering high-quality, timely solutions.
• Assist in recruiting and retaining top talent while enhancing employee satisfaction and career development.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in technical consulting with strong client relationship management track record.
• At least 5 years of people management experience, including coaching and mentoring.
• Experience in consulting business processes, preferably with hirify.global or similar firm.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and staff.
• Must be willing to travel regularly to New York Metro area and Massachusetts offices.
• Professional designation (e.g., Professional Engineering License) preferred.
