Salary: $214,000–$269,000 (state-dependent: NY $222k–$269k, NJ/MA $214k–$261k)

What you will do

  • Drive area new installation processes from booking to turnover, coordinating with vice president and branch managers.
  • Review P&L and financial reports to monitor performance, approve budgets, and ensure budgetary goals are exceeded.
  • Plan, direct, and prioritize installations, supervising project managers and using scheduling tools.
  • Visit jobsites for progress surveys, troubleshooting, quality audits, and contractor meetings.
  • Develop customer relationships, oversee bids for large jobs, and implement fade initiatives for growth.
  • Approve change orders, purchase orders, and support US Field Operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (IUEC full mechanic considered in lieu)
  • 10+ years upper-level management in elevator or related industries
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions from technical instructions.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report
  • Knowledge of federal, state, local elevator codes, company products, and ethical standards.

  • Experience with project field crew oversight.
