What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Design Engineering organization.
• Oversee execution of hundreds of concurrent customer projects with KPIs for on-time delivery and defect-free designs.
• Transform engineering workflows to standardized, repeatable Configure-to-Order solutions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field Service for manufacturable, scalable designs.
• Deliver innovative client-centric solutions within the product portfolio compliant with IEEE/ANSI, UL, CSA, NEC, and IEC standards.
• Foster a best-in-class environment to attract and retain top engineering talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years progressive engineering leadership in power product manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading large teams (100+ engineers) in design-to-order environments.
• Deep expertise in electrical switchgear design, power distribution systems, and industry standards.
• Experience modernizing design methods/tools, PLM, CAD, and engineering data management.
• Demonstrated success in operational improvements and reducing design cycle times.
