Salary: $124,400 - $161,800

What you will do

  • Lead global talent management strategy including leadership development, succession, performance, and career pathing.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to translate strategy into practical talent solutions.
  • Design leadership development frameworks for key talent and leadership levels.
  • Drive succession planning and career management to improve visibility of critical roles and internal mobility.
  • Use talent insights and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Lead global transformation initiatives to modernize talent practices and technology.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR.
  • Experience designing enterprise talent programs in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise in leadership development, performance management, succession planning, career architecture, high-potential development.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong analytical skills with data and talent insights.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with HR platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP.
