What you will do
- Lead global talent management strategy including leadership development, succession, performance, and career pathing.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to translate strategy into practical talent solutions.
- Design leadership development frameworks for key talent and leadership levels.
- Drive succession planning and career management to improve visibility of critical roles and internal mobility.
- Use talent insights and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Lead global transformation initiatives to modernize talent practices and technology.
Requirements
- 12+ years in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR.
- Experience designing enterprise talent programs in global, matrixed organizations.
- Expertise in leadership development, performance management, succession planning, career architecture, high-potential development.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Strong analytical skills with data and talent insights.
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with HR platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP.
