Salary: $130K–$170K + Equity

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with external recruiters and building internal capabilities
• Build onboarding programs and performance management processes
• Develop compensation frameworks, leveling, and benchmarking
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment, contractor classification, and healthcare regulations
• Handle employee relations, workforce planning, and HR systems like HRIS and ATS
• Drive diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives and create employee handbook

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles
• Startup experience required
• Deep knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance
• Proven experience building HR processes from scratch
• Strategic thinker balancing culture building and operations
• Excellent communicator with strong judgment in sensitive situations

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience scaling through Series A/B stages
• Familiarity with equity compensation and HIPAA
• Experience with remote/hybrid workforce and technical teams
• Professional certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
