TL;DR
Senior Solutions Engineer (Iberia): Collaborate with account executives to develop territory strategies, deliver POCs and demos for 's Identity Platform with an accent on IAM, Zero Trust Architecture, and cloud security integration. Focus on discovering customer technical needs, crafting implementation content, and communicating product feedback to engineering and product teams.
Hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain. Typically 10-25% travel. Native Spanish speaker is a must.

What you will do
- Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
- Conduct research and discovery to understand customer requirements and communicate business value of solutions.
- Deliver POCs for complex use cases, collaborating with engineering teams.
- Craft technical content and deliver demos showcasing platform for customer needs.
- Distill customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker and professional English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Passion for customer service from consulting or support roles, ideally solutions engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts via presentations, slides, and whiteboard.
- Good understanding of IAM: SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, XSRF).
- Elite communicator able to manage multiple personas: IT admins, CISOs, architects, procurement, legal.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend), mobile (iOS, Android), or backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) development.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- IP-based real-time communications experience.
