Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and governance of scalable demo environments and assets for global GTM teams.
• Manage demo tooling (e.g., Saleo, Consensus) and own demo data pipelines and environment stability.
• Develop compelling demo narratives, templates, and reusable assets aligned with product capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and QA to ensure demo readiness for new releases and features.
• Mentor DemoX team members and drive the adoption of demo best practices across the SE organization.
• Shape the DemoX roadmap by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Management Consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality software demonstrations in fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Technical proficiency with demo tools (Saleo, Consensus) and experience managing integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support the office-first culture.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
