What you will do

• Design end-to-end payment solutions partnering with business, operations, product, and engineering teams for global merchants.
• Lead technical deep-dives on payment logic, reconciliation, settlement, payouts, and reporting workflows.
• Advise platform partners on native integrations and own technical onboarding for strategic merchants ensuring smooth go-lives.
• Troubleshoot complex API, webhook, tokenization, and business logic issues directly with merchant teams.
• Identify revenue opportunities like upgrading to smart dunning or enabling connected commerce.
• Create technical playbooks and feed merchant requirements into product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish & English, Chinese (Mandarin) nice to have.
• 3–5 years in customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, technical account management) in PSP, gateway, fintech, or platform business.
• Full-stack understanding across frontend, APIs, backend, and infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of payment operations lifecycle: onboarding, processing, reconciliation, settlement, reporting.
• Core payment knowledge: tokenization, payouts, risk management (velocity checks, 3D Secure).
• Integration experience with headless commerce, platforms, subscription management.
• Technical discovery: create diagrams, validate APIs with Postman/Swagger, build proofs of concept.

• Chinese (Mandarin).
