TL;DR

Senior Business Development Manager (Spain and LATAM): Own commercial expansion across both markets, building outbound pipeline from scratch and closing complex deals with fintech and adjacent verticals. Location: Based in Madrid; regular time in hubs across US and Europe, occasional travel for workshops, customer meetings, and company off-sites.

What you will do

  • Build and own outbound pipeline across fintech and adjacent verticals in Spain and LATAM
  • Lead end-to-end partnership discussions from cold outreach through negotiation and close
  • Structure creative commercial models that scale for partners and hirify.global
  • Develop GTM strategy for territory including segments, value propositions, and prioritisation
  • Work cross-functionally to operationalise partnerships and feed market insights to product

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual Spanish; based in Madrid; LATAM exposure a strong plus
  • Proven track record building pipeline from zero and closing complex deals in CPaaS, payments infrastructure, SaaS, or similar
  • Comfortable selling technical products to technical and commercial buyers in financial services
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environment without a playbook
  • Sharp commercial instinct to structure deals and model economics
