What you will do

• Qualify deals through collaboration with Account Executives, BDRs, and sales management.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business requirements and technical environment.
• Articulate and demonstrate usage scenarios illustrating business value using hirify.global.
• Design and execute demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts, co-developing data science projects with customers.
• Provide technical guidance and answer questions for customer technical teams.
• Assist in sales pipeline activities, including trade shows, campaigns, and partner collaborations.

Requirements

• English - fluent; Spanish and Italian - fluent/native
• Strong curiosity around applying technology to solve problems
• 5+ years experience with predictive modelling, relational data structures, and SQL
• Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in Analytics/AI or enterprise software
• Experience in technical pre-sales or client-facing roles
• Comfortable communicating with all customer levels, including C-level executives

• Programming in Python/R
• Experience in data science, analytics, or big data markets
