What you will do

• Develop and enhance PRA models for internal events, fire, seismic, and external hazards.
• Support risk-informed licensing and regulatory strategies impacting plant operations.
• Apply online risk tools, explore advanced methods, and conduct HRA for accident analysis.
• Contribute to advanced nuclear regulatory initiatives and client consulting.
• Conduct PRA analyses, collaborate on solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor early-career engineers and advise on new nuclear regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent PRA-related experience)
• Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to nuclear safety
• Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal

Nice to have

• 5+ years of PRA experience (10+ for senior-level)
• Hands-on experience in PRA domains like internal events, fire PRA, or external hazards
• Familiarity with NRC risk-informed processes
• Prior consulting, client-facing, project management, or technical leadership experience
