Location: Remote from Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, Colorado (USA); must be based on the West Coast; ~30% travel within regions

Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 base + 15% target bonus

What you will do

  • Build and execute integrated field marketing programs aligned to revenue goals, market dynamics, and account priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end event execution including sourcing venues, managing vendors, securing speakers, and logistics for trade shows, user groups, and roundtables.
  • Partner with Account Executives and SDRs on targeted campaigns, in-person activations, and follow-ups to convert MQLs to opportunities.
  • Collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-sponsored events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Track program performance using Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau; optimize based on registrations, attendance, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing budget, forecast spend, negotiate contracts, and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or regional event management in B2B tech/SaaS
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline in West Coast and/or Midwest; understanding of regional business cultures
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales on account-centric programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Outstanding project-management skills for multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Data-driven with proficiency in funnel metrics and ROI analysis
  • Clear communicator and negotiator comfortable with executives and partners
