Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $107,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage annual trade show calendar for Security and Outdoors brands, collaborating on schedules, event data, and dashboard updates
- Plan and execute Tier 1 and Tier 2 trade shows, aligning with objectives, brand standards, and budgets
- Coordinate event logistics including vendors, sponsorships, timelines, staffing, and team communications
- Provide onsite support for booth setup, lead capture, and issue resolution
- Order, track, and manage event materials, assets, shipping, and inventory
- Handle administrative tasks like invoicing, budgeting, post-event recaps, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams for cohesive execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in event planning, trade show coordination, or marketing operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and basic analytical skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel up to 20% seasonally, including evenings/weekends
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale trade shows or corporate events
- Knowledge of exhibit logistics, shipping, and vendor management
- Experience assisting senior leaders or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
